Diagnostic Logs

When you send User Feedback, diagnostic logs will also be sent if "Include diagnostic log files" is checked.

This will send information about the Seraph Secure installation on your device which can help our developers understand what is happening on your computer, especially if you are experiencing problems with the software.

Diagnostic logs may contain personally identifiable information, including:

  • Your Windows or Mac user name

  • [For premium users] your Seraph Secure account email address

Sending diagnostic logs will also send a list of processes running on your computer.

All information received will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
