How To: Send User Feedback
User Feedback can be used to:
send a comment or suggestion to the Seraph Secure team
report a problem with the software
send diagnostic logs to the Seraph Secure developers
▶ Open the Seraph Secure Home screen (See How To: Open the Home screen).
▶ Click Feedback on the left of the Home screen.
▶ On the Send User Feedback screen:
Enter your name if you want us to know who you are
Enter your email address if you would like a reply to your feedback
Enter a short description of your feedback in the Subject field (this is a required field)
If you want to provide more detail, use the Comments field
If you were asked to send your logs, ensure that Include diagnostic log files remains checked
▶ Click on Send.
▶ This pop-up confirms that we have received your feedback. Click on OK.
